Super friendly staff, great environment, the owners are fantastic and sales and service both rock!

We were in contact with a salesman to come down and look at a specific F150. The morning we were to arrive, he asked in email, " I know you said probably late morning but do you have a specific time in mind as of yet so I can make sure I don't have anyone else in front of me and I have the vehicle ready for you? " I emailed him back while we were already on the road and said when we would arrive. We were 10 minutes early, and when we arrived, the truck was in the process of being sold to someone else. Five hours and 280 miles of driving down the drain. Do not trust these guys.

Great People. Great Deals. Great Business. If you want a great cay buying experience, give these guys a chance. They do the right thing and make it easy.

Shopping with Statewide has been a HUGE mistake. Our Expectations with any and all Dealerships is to be trustworthy and have a higher Standard with Customer Service. This is NOT the case with Statewide Ford. DO NOT TRUST THEIR INSPECTION PROGRAM. We had been looking at Ford Escapes for several months prior to the purchase here. I asked Statewide ford numerous times about the transmission, they told us "No issues its Perfect", which was a lie and I have documentation of. Other dealerships when we asked, "how's the transmission?" time and time again the other dealerships specified that they do not check transmissions. 2 months later transmission is completely shot, and it and mechanic told us that this issue doesn't occur in a matter of 2 months. 5 months after the purchase of the vehicle the water pump and timing chain went out. Avoid at all cost, this place is your stereotypical Car dealership. Ford is well aware that Statewide is claiming that Fords 172 point inspection checks the transmission and drive train. Ford says this is below their standards for their 172 point inspections.

I've been here several times so far for new tires, oil change, etc. And every visit was very enjoyable. Not only did my truck get exactly what it needed, but the service was also excellent. Denise and Amy took care of me and they are also the sweetest people. Everyone else is also really nice. If you're lucky, you might even get some of Denise's amazing baked goodies! I highly recommend Statewide for any service needs.

Statewide's customer service is topnotch. It is a real pleasure to purchase our vehicles there with Kurt Schalois; he is very un-pressuring and the deals he makes are always very fair. We have appreciated all the great service we have gotten over many years of doing business with them and taking our cars there.
